Where It Began
Our Founder has amassed over 15 years’ experience working within technology, analytics and strategy. Having worked in 3 countries, within small, medium and large organisations, the last being both onsite and offsite for the European Space Agency.
Throughout his varied and vast exposure, it became apparent regardless of an organisations size, there seemed to be a reoccurring issue that would typically hinder the productivity and innovation of an organisation. Sadly the issue was, organisations weren’t looking after or listening to their people. Naturally this resulted in organisations losing valuable team members alongside losing skills and experience. What seemed to exasperate the situation, was typically alongside the unnecessary loss of personnel, organisations lacked strategy and structure. This inevitably resulted in operational inefficiencies and unecessary operational complications.
Our Founder knew he could make a difference. Devising strategies and solutions which centred around an organisation’s people. Creating working environments which were positive, innovative and collaborative. Whilst defining and implementing strategies which grew and evolved with an organisation throughout its journey. 1Rule2Business are happy to say, we are well on our way to making a difference.
